I. OPEN SESSION
A. Call to Order
B. Public Comment
The Board takes public comment on issues and concerns not on the Regular Agenda at this time. A
Public Comment Form must be submitted to the Board liaison prior to the time the meeting is
scheduled to begin. Public input on a Regular Agenda item will be taken at its appropriate discussion.
Citizens should speak from the lectern, address all comments to the dais, begin by stating their name
and address or Single Member District number, and limit their remarks to less than three minutes.
Il. CONSENT AGENDA
1. Consider approving the November 05, 2025, meeting minutes.
Ill REGULAR AGENDA: PUBLIC HEARING AND COMMENT
2. Discuss and consider a new story walk for Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Park and
recommend any related matters.
3. Discuss and consider a child-age life preserver, self-serve loan program, sponsored by Shannon
Hospital at Lake Nasworthy and recommend any related matters.
4. Hear and discuss an update on the river parks master plan and recommend any related
matters.
5. Hear and discuss updates on key activities, projects, programs, and events from the Parks and
Recreation divisions.
6. Consider future agenda items.
