B. Public Comment
The Board takes public comment on issues and concerns not on the Regular Agenda at this time. A
Public Comment Form must be submitted to the Board liaison prior to the time the meeting is
scheduled to begin. Public input on a Regular Agenda item will be taken at its appropriate discussion.
Citizens should speak from the lectern, address all comments to the dais, begin by stating their name
and address or Single Member District number, and limit their remarks to less than three minutes.
Il. CONSENT AGENDA
1. Consider approving the January 7, 2026, meeting minutes.
lll. REGULAR AGENDA: PUBLIC HEARING AND COMMENT
2. Election of Chair and Vice Chair.
3. Consider a proposal from Rotary San Angelo to adopt Mountainview Park, under a MOU, and
recommend any related matters.
4. Discuss a Civil Engineering conceptual design project regarding the Civic League Park lagoon
and recommend any related matters.
5. Discuss a park system-wide playground replacement plan and recommend any related matters.
6. Hear and discuss an update on the river parks master plan and recommend any related
matters.
7. Hear and discuss updates on key activities, projects, programs, and events from the Parks and
Recreation divisions.
8. Consider future agenda items.
IV. ADJOURNMENT

Government Code, Chapter 551, Wednesday January 28, 2026, 12:00 p.m.
