request an item to be placed on a future agenda, or for a Consent Agenda item, to be moved to the Regular 
Agenda for public comment.

1. Consideration of approving the December 17, 2025 meeting minutes.

1. Review of the monthly financial report for the months of December 2025 and January 2026. 
2. Discussion on fence project- Carl White. 
3. Discussion on exploration of future revenue opportunities-Beverly Stribling. 
4. Discussion of signage with Friends of Fairmount and Pleasant View-Susan Mertz. 
5. Report on the Friends of Fairmount activities and projects. 
6. Consideration of Future Agenda Items and Announcements. 
7. Adjournment.
