C. Public Comment
The Board takes public comment on issues and concerns not on the Regular Agenda at this time. A
Public Comment Form must be submitted to the Board liaison prior to the time the meeting is
scheduled to begin. Public input on a Regular Agenda item will be taken at its appropriate discussion.
Citizens should speak from the lectern, address all comments to the dais, begin by stating their name
and address or Single Member District number, and limit their remarks to less than three minutes.
II. CONSENT AGENDA
A. Santa Fe Park Commission to consider approving the October 2, 2025, meeting minutes.
B. Parks and Recreation Advisory Board to consider approving the April 1, 2026, meeting minutes.
III. Joint Meeting Agenda
A. Discuss the ongoing River Parks Master lan and recommend any related matters.
B. Discuss the Kids Kingdom playground and its need for replacement, along with funding possibilities
for this, as well as for other playgrounds, and recommend any related matters.
IV. Follow up, announcements, and administrative issues
