The Board takes public comment on issues and concerns not on the Regular Agenda at this
time. A Public Comment Form must be submitted to the Board liaison prior to the time the
meeting is scheduled to begin. Public input on a Regular Agenda item will be taken at its
appropriate discussion. Citizens should speak from the lectern, address all comments to the
Board, begin by stating their name and address or Single Member District number, and
limit their remarks to less than three minutes.

1. Consider approving the June 3, 2026, meeting minutes.
Ill. REGULAR AGENDA: PUBLIC HEARING AND COMMENT
2. Discuss and consider recommending approval of a lease with the American Legion, Post
572, for the City building located at 616 North Washington.
3. Discuss and consider recommending a policy for the rental of park and recreation
facilities.
4, Discuss and consider recommending a policy for the booking and scheduling of
tournaments and activities at the Texas Bank Sports Complex.
5. Hear and discuss an update on the renovation of the Youth Sports Practice Area (old 29%
Street Complex).
6. Hear and discuss an update on the River Parks Master Plan.
7. Hear and discuss updates on key activities, projects, programs, and events
for the Parks and Recreation divisions.
8. Consider future agenda items.
