The Commission takes public comment on issues and concerns not on the Regular Agenda at this time.

A Public Comment Form must be submitted to the Commission Liaison prior to the time the meeting is

scheduled to begin. Public input on a Regular Agenda item will be taken at its appropriate discussion.

Citizens should speak from the lectern, address all comments to the Commission, begin by stating their

name and address or Single Member District number, and limit their remarks to less than three

minutes.
I. CONSENT AGENDA

l. Consider approving the May 14, 2026, meeting minutes.
lil. REGULAR AGENDA: PUBLIC HEARING AND COMMENT

2. Appoint a Chair and Vice Chair.

3. Appoint a representative to serve on the steering committee for the River Parks Master Plan.

4. Discuss marketing of art in San Angelo.

5. Discuss public art as part of the City’s Comprehensive Plan.

6. Discuss the sculpture garden and the sculpture competition.

7. Discuss and consider approving a busking policy.

8. Hear an update on the River Parks Master Plan and Concho River Legacy Trail sculpture

project.

9. Consider future agenda items.
